Can a development be shown before it's built?
Yes. Working from the plans, the architectural project and the specification, we produce 3D renders and videos that show what the finished development will look like: façade, entrance lobby, communal areas, show homes and surroundings. This is the material used to sell off-plan.
What do we need to provide to get started?
At the very least, floor plans, elevations and sections in PDF or DWG. If a specification, reference images of finishes, the exact plot location and the development's branding are also available, the result will be more accurate and the process faster.
How long does it take to deliver the renders for a development?
A single image is usually delivered within a few days of the viewpoint being approved. A full package for a development, covering exteriors, interiors and communal areas, is organised in phases so the sales team can start using the material before everything is finished.
Are the renders suitable for property portals and campaigns?
Yes. We deliver the images and videos in the formats each channel needs: horizontal for portals and websites, vertical for social media and lead-generation campaigns, and high resolution for printed brochures and on-site signage.
Can changes be made if the project is modified during construction?
Yes. The project is built in 3D, so a change to a finish, joinery or landscaping is updated on the existing scene without having to redo the work from scratch.
